Flush mounted rollershutters (SP)
Functionality
The SP flush-mounted system is intended primarily for use in newly erected buildings, but also in existing buildings after making the necessary changes within the lintel.
It is important to plan the use of such solutions and the
method of their installation at the design stage of the building, which allows for
more effective use of their functional values. The SP system provides excellent
thermal and acoustic insulation, as it does not interfere with the construction of
windows, doors and lintels, thus not affecting the energy balance. What’s more,
these products perfectly fit into the facade of the building, constituting its
integral part.
Construction
The roller shutter box is made of profiled aluminum sheet, and its front is also a base for any
finishing material (e.g. plaster or clinker), thanks to which the box becomes an imperceptible
element of the building’s facade. Structural elements, i.e. the inspection cover, guides and the
bottom strip can be color-matched to the window joinery. As in the case of adaptive systems, the
roller shutter curtain can be made of profiles filled with polyurethane foam.
Operational comfort
Roller shutters can be controlled manually or electrically with a motor coupled with the control
system to provide comfortable operation.
